Children Centres Cuts Approved

The changes proposed to the Sure Start Children's Centres has been agreed at Hampshire County Council. The financial savings made will result in merged centres and less staff. Lib Dems campaigned very hard against these changes, including having an extra council meeting and 'calling in' the final decision for further discussion.
