Extra Care Housing and energy efficiency important strategies

The Safe and health Select Committee at Hampshire County Council looked home energy conservation and a scheme to do this on a countywide basis. The committee also had a presentation on extra care housing for older people. Lib Dem Ann Buckley said’ these at both very effective strategies that I strongly support.’
