Havant Borough Councillors meet with their East Hants colleagues

Councillors from both councils met to discuss both risks and opportunities of merging the management of the two councils. Cllr Katie Ray said ‘ It was an interesting and thought provoking debate. It was a helpful for me to meet other councillors and other Lid Dems.
